Following an 11 month closure following a fire, the seventeenth century pub has been given a makeover and feels bright and clean, with a brand new menu and cask ales. I have worked with the new manager, Sarah, at two previous pubs but this is her first solo venture and she has firmly put her mark on the place within a week.
