I am pleased to announce that I have been cast in the role of Mr Smith in a brand new run of
The Sarah Jane Adventures. The forthcoming
audio plays are the unproduced trilogy of stories which would have made up the second half series 5.
The series was a spinoff from
Doctor Who and ran for five series on CBBC from 2006 to 2011 until the untimely death of lead actress, Elisabeth Sladen, caused work to cease on the final six episodes.
Mr Smith is Sarah Jane's computer in her attic at Bannerman Road (originally voiced by Alexander Armstrong) and in the two-part story 'Meet Mr Smith' he assumes human form.
The series is being produced by Black Glove Studios (@studioglove on Twitter) and production is due to begin very soon.
