GO TO VOTE (AGAIN) 2019

For the second time in a month we have an election in the UK and I would ask every to use their vote. Traditionally, the European elections have had a much lower turnout than other ballots, largely because the majority of people feel so disconnected from them.  However, it is important to use your vote, it is the loudest voice each of us have.

Polling stations are now open across the UK in the European Parliamentary elections and all voters are urged to go and cast their ballot.

The UK should not have been taking part in these elections but the delay to Brexit has meant that for the time being we are still in the European Union and must send Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) to Brussels and Strasbourg to sit in Council meetings.

The polling stations are open until 10.00pm tonight and you do NOT need your polling card to vote. Simply go to your nearest polling station and give your name and address.

Find ten minutes out of your day and use your vote!
